Reshika Dhir

Reshika Dhir is a partner with Bereskin & Parr LLP, and a member of the firm’s Electrical and Computer Technology group. She is an electrical engineer, a lawyer and a registered US and Canadian patent agent. Reshika specializes in drafting and prosecuting patent applications for a wide variety of clients spanning a wide range of technologies. Reshika is also involved in the management of Canadian and international patent portfolios of many Canadian and international clients. In addition, Reshika’s practice includes advising clients on patentability and freedom to operate evaluations, as well as industrial design protection for their product and packaging designs. David Morrison

David Morrison is an associate at Bereskin & Parr LLP with a practice focused primarily on patent prosecution. David works with clients to secure patent protection for a broad range of technologies, particularly mechanical, chemical, computer and clean technologies with an emphasis on automotive, computer software, hardware and medical devices. David also provides strategic advice to clients on filing strategies, patent validity, and patent infringement issues.

David holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and Bioengineering, a Master of Applied Sciences in Biomedical Engineering from McMaster University and a Juris Doctorate from Western University. David was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013. Prior to law school, David worked as a Research Fellow at a Harvard-MIT combined research institute and as a Business Development Analyst at the McMaster Industry Liaison Office. Read More…
